Fast: Day 13

Day 13

Reflection

Today is the 13th day of my fast. Wow. What an incredible journey so far. So much has come up for me and I'm reminding myself to make the time to refine my heart. To take the moments to come to resolve as quickly as possible when conflict arises rather than let wounds fester into our minds where we creatively dramatize situations and assumed emotions further. Those are the moments to find our strength and our love. It is in our humility. In our ability to choose to become the softest flower. The inner child does not need to be punished, it is energy, it is creative, it can be guided. It is the reminder that a part of my being is in need of some love, of some attention -- and what attention is not better than inner reflection?

Dive into the mind and explore what bring us these pains. Love that inner being and create space for your higher divinity to rise. Heal the brilliant beautiful inner child, so your divinity can greet others more deeply from a space of abundant love rather than fear based expectation, lack, and lack of consideration.

Humility is the key to understanding the other's position. It allows us to grow in our compassion, vulnerability, and emotional intelligence.

Whachu Eating?!
Many people have been asking me how I've been able to sustain myself on just water for the past couple of days. So I will clarify what I've actually be consuming:

Daily:
1. Spring Water
2. Harmless Harvest Organic Coconut Water
3. Mineral Compound: Wildcrafted Organic Sea Moss, Bladderwrack, and Chaparral

Coconut Water:
So what do those ingredients have anything to do with anything? Well let's start off with the Coconut water. I love coconut water, and these young coconuts are delicious. So I was using these to transition in between when I felt a need for a bit of heavier meal, I'd have a few mouthfuls of this refreshing hydrating drink. It's still somewhat concerning drinking out of anything packaged because we know so little about the origins or the processes used to grow our food. For example, are the seeds already sprayed with chemicals and pesticides before they're even planted to be grown? What does that do to our bodies? It's poison.

Water:
Spring water is naturally alkaline. Many waters have harsh metals inside and are acidic. A note that natural alkalinity in nature occurs between 7 - 14. Many water companies are distributing drinks that are alkalinized, mineralized, etc... these are not necessarily good for our consumption. They are made alkaline artificially and are chemical byproducts that will not give you the same benefit of natural spring water. The key is to stay away from any altered variations. If Mother didn't make it, don't take it! Spiring waters are natural from the ground, they are mineral rich, and they are electric. They are alkaline.

So where does all my strength come from? Well, let's start from a place of humility. Day 13 into the fast, I reflect on yesterday. Yesterday was a tough day. We had a performance in the morning, facilitated workshops in the afternoon, and performed for an event in the evening. Yesterday was one of the days that was challenging for me. I also have to keep in mind that I'm doing rigorous exercises in the morning and that my body also needs to heal. Yesterday my body was feeling exhaustion from the previous's day's burn. I could barely go up any stairs, lol, my quads were on fire. It was excruciating :) But I'm grateful for the lesson in giving myself the time to be present to where I'm at. To be flexible, to take your time. To breath. To walk slow. To drink water. To replenish. To rest. To be still. To be at ease.

Today, in comparison to yesterday has been amazing. I'm so proud of seeing my growth in strength and endurance, and falling deeper into my workout routine! I'm psyched about it ^_^

Mineral Compound - Design of the Cosmos
The secret to my energy levels is the mineral compound. So this is the break down:

The human body is made up of 102 minerals. These are the first 102 minerals in the periodic table for all you chemistry buffs out there -- I see you ;) From the first 92 minerals that we are made up of, we can find all except two of those minerals on the planet. We can't find the other 2 minerals in doses that are natural because those minerals have such a short half life. We can only find those 2 minerals in outer space. They are testament to our physical bodies being composed of star dust and star light. How beautiful.

This is the importance of minerals. The human body is electric. The one thing that separates organic chemistry from inorganic chemistry is: CARBON. The presence of carbon is what allows for life. The basic chain necessary for all life to exist on this planet must be consistent with the C-H-O chain: Carbon - Hydrogen - Oxygen.

To illustrate the way the body functions, Dr. Sebi illustrates a piece of carbon being wrapped around by a copper wire. The copper wire spinning around the carbon will conduct electricity. The physical bodies of human beings are made out of carbon and our brains are composed of iron. In very much the same way as the iron around the carbon produces electricity, the iron of our brain being in constant contact with the carbon of our bodies and the 80%+ percentage of water makes our bodies highly conductive of electricity, this electricity is what gives us our motor functions. No electricity, no life. But there is always life :)

The human body needs minerals in order to conduct electricity. These minerals include iron, gold, silver, potassium, etc. The minerals that we need to maintain a healthy balance and resonance with nature are those 102 minerals that we are composed of.

Your body needs minerals to conduct all of its bodily functions and necessities.
Ok, what is so wild about that?

Your body does not need:
  • Protein
  • Flesh
  • Vitamins

Etc.

What your body necessarily needs is MINERALS. Anything short of minerals in not acceptable or tolerated. It does not have chemical affinity with the body.

Let's begin with protein. Protein is a macromolecule (a super molecule) made through the process of polymerization (chemically snowballing molecules into a ginormous blob) of several enzymes and acids. So they change the chemical structures of these already natural and organic minerals to produce a "protein" that has a specific desired effect like large muscles, etc.

The fact is that a protein is a synthetic chemical designed with mineral rearrangement that is not in accord with our genetic structure. So what about protein from animals?

Flesh

The reality about flesh is that it has no place in the human body for three reasons. The first reason is that meat, chicken, fish, pork, bison, hog, etc., inevitably is going to rot inside your intestines. No matter how well you season it, dead flesh rots. Secondly, at 122 degree fahrenheit, maggots are still dancing and chilling on fire. The consumption of flesh is in actuality the consumption of maggots. Third, if the body is in need of MINERALS, why would you have to go through a second source like protein to receive it when is an abundant resource?

Vitamins are also like proteins, synthetically made chemical rearrangements of minerals - no chemical affinity!

So then, how do you possibly get all these minerals in your body? 102 minerals? Well...

Welcome to the World of Minerals

There are things that our Mother makes that is so special. WIldcrafted Sea Moss, for example, naturally contains 92 of the 102 minerals that our bodies need to for proper chemical balance with nature. 92!!! And Wild Crafted organic sea moss is not impossible to find! It's very accessible, you can even order it online. BUT ONLY ORDER WILDCRAFTED! Sea Moss further discussed in future post :)

And this is what I have been consuming complimented by Bladderwrack also known as Fucus, a sea weed. Fucus another mineral rich leaf has the power of removing the toxins from your body, working hand in hand with the sea moss they're a super team of toxin removal and mineral depositing. They work to repair your joints, muscles, etc.

And finally the chaparral is an herb that is rich in iron phosphate which is magnetic. This means that iron attracts other metals such as gold, etc, to it which are healthy and great for the body.

This is the electric food I have been fasting with and using to sustain my body. There are plenty of other mineral rich food and herbs which I will be sharing soon :)

In all truth this experience has given me much to reflect on my daily consumption of food in general. One thing was to transition into being an alkaline vegan and have to battle against the inconveniences of not being able to purchase my desired ingredients in shops, bakeries, restaurants, deli's, grocery stores, etc, and having to make cultural adjustments to how I shared meals and meal times with my family and friends. This experience has gone so much more deeper in the sense that I've really begun to question, how much do I need period? Not just with food but in all aspects of my life. How much of my consumption is necessary? How much of my consumption has been programmed into me, 3 square meals a day? 4 meals? I don't feel hungry a lot, thirsty more times than not, we're typically dehydrated and confuse it with hunger. My body weight is steadying and beginning to slowly gradually rise. It's time for me to go to bed. Have a beautiful day everyone! Yoga tomorrow: 6am!

PS: A great friend and amazing teacher is visiting and we're planning a small intimate session on Bliss, Breath, and Luminosity. If you are interested or know someone who might be, lets please be in touch :)
